Hilton Garden Inn Leiden - Leida

The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. I had a good night sleep. Great bathroom. Lobby area large but comfortable for relaxing in the evening. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Bike hire available and would have been very handy as the hotel is a long walk from the town and taxis are expensive-however, we had terrible weather so used taxis and the bus anyway.

Rather removed from the town and the area is not great-some building going on and no particular views. But once properly landscaped it will be fine, and the luxury of the rooms make up for this.

Good place to stay if you want to visit Soldaat van Oranje and have dinner in Leiden City!

Zeer vriendlijk personeel. Mooie ruime kamer. Zeer goede geluids isolatie, geen enkel verkeerslawaai van de nabij gelegen snelweg. Perfect ontbeten.

We were the very first guest of the hotel. We received special treatment. We were welcomed by the hotel managers with a bunch of flower. Apart from a great greeting, the hotel itself was great as well. I particularly liked the business center of the hotel as I had to prepare an official letter. Breakfast selection was amazing.

The staff were fantastic. They sorted out taxis for us, and recommended and booked an excellent restaurant. Nothing was too much trouble; they were efficient and friendly. We were really impressed. The hotel was smart and very comfortable too.

Good price for a brandnew 4* hotel. Location is good if you plan to visit the area by car. Nice to have a fridge in the room which you can fill with whatever you like. Good hotel overall.

Service excellent on first day (hotel was by far not fully booked), but chaotic the next day. Clearly, management and staff were not prepared for a fully booked yet. I assume this'll improve as they get more experience. Also room for improvement in the parking system. Spaces are relatively narrow and impossible to park in if other drivers don't park in between the lines. Parking system won't allow to use the 2nd level of the parking as long as not all the spaces on the other level are taken. Breakfast is decent, but I'm not sure I'd be willing to pay 20 € for it (we paid 35€ pppn breakfast incl). Airco is not the most efficient type there is, but then again hot nights are rather exceptional in this part of the world. Hotel directions could be better if you're not arriving from the a44 (Tip: follow the signs to Corpus).

Very new Hotel! The rooms are very clean and big! The breakfast was good and a lot.

The tax for the room per night are not included at the Booked.net prices. So we must pay additional a round 3 € per night at the Check out!

The staff was wonderful. Free parking in a secure garage was fantastic. The room was modern. The location was an easy drive to major sites.

The room was under the gym and I heard the treadmill very often. The room was not cleaned well and the maid took the room key with her.

Surprisingly enough for a brand new hotel built along the highway, the rooms are not soundproof: the traffic on the A44 can be heard inside the room. This is very annoying.

The hospitality was great. Staff are really friendly and understanding. Wi-fi signal was perfect at every location of the hotel.

Breakfast variety can be improved.
